Overview
You will build security into how the product gets made instead of checking it at the end. The role is fully remote within the US, working through code review, threat models, and scanning pipelines alongside engineering and compliance.
What you will do
- Run threat modeling and review high-risk code changes.
- Own vulnerability management across code, containers, and cloud.
- Prepare evidence and controls for SOC 2 audits.
- Lead the technical response to security incidents.
What you bring
- 5+ years in application or cloud security.
- Hands-on with AWS or GCP security controls and IAM.
- Able to read and fix code, not only report findings.
- Working knowledge of SOC 2 and the OWASP Top 10.
